Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement governing your use of the Medifestation application and related services ("Service") operated by Medifestation ("us", "we", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service
Medifestation provides:
- AI-powered personalized meditation and affirmation content
- Guided meditation sessions and mindfulness tools
- Goal-setting and manifestation features
- Digital journaling capabilities
- Subscription-based premium content and features
User Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Subscription and Payment Terms
- • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- • iOS (Apple): Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payment processing on iOS is handled exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- • Android (Google Play): Payment is processed through Google Play's billing system.
- • Web App: Payment on the web platform may be processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- • Price changes will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law
- • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
- • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends

Medifestation offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans. Prices may vary by region and are displayed at the point of purchase in the App Store:

Important Auto-Renewal Terms
- • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- • Billing: Your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- • Manage/Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Account Settings (App Store / Google Play).
- • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- • No Refund for Partial Period: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of the active subscription period.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or activity
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its content are owned by Medifestation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, personal affirmations), but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated content created for you may be used to improve our algorithms (in anonymized form).

- • Our Service is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
- • We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition

- • Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed
- • If you experience distress while using our Service, discontinue use and seek professional help
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Medifestation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medifestation from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination & Governance
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice in our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
